- All items bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for return/ exchange/ refunds!
- For returns/exchanges of items that are not on sale – A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 14 days for a different style.
- Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
- It should be in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Sole House the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer. We will not be able to exchange products purchased from other websites.
