Shipping Within India

We at Sole House know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value
• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
• COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for security purposes. ● 2 attempts will be made to confirm the order failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest to confirm your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience)
• Our courier partners will make contact the shipping number provided on the time of delivery. Failing to receive or attend to the calls will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

Returns

• ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE CLEARANCE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS!
• For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale – A credit note equivalent to the costamount is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
• In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 14 days for a different style .
• Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
• It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
• Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Sole House the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer. We will not be able to exchange products purchased from other websites
